Hi my name is Kev and I started Big Voice because I had previously led sales and marketing teams for both large corporates and VC-backed tech start-ups, and I’ve seen the same challenges time and again.

Marketing managers tend to be generalists and therefore overloaded with internal demand and an expectation to know how to do it all.

Additionally sales teams blame marketing for poor leads. Marketing blames sales for poor conversions. The real issue? A lack of transparency, collaboration, and accountability—values we prioritise when working with our clients. We believe in open communication, working together, and keeping everyone informed.

But there’s another critical gap—measuring ROI.
